"Frame of Mind" is a monthly 1/2 hour television show featuring independent film and video work. "Frame of Mind' airs in the DFW area
on PBS affiliate KERA Ch. 13 the first Friday of each month at 10 pm. Frame of Mind is now in its 13th season and has been a co-production of the Video Association of Dallas for over three years. To
